This is an innovative and listed company, with the mission to improve the lives of people living with a common neurological illness. They've built a ground breaking medical device, with the goal to capture data and improve treatment options for those suffering. AI is in the DNA of how they've built this ground-breaking product! As employee #1 in the Security and Compliance team, you'll be reporting directly to the VP of IT& Security.
To be successful in the role, we're looking for:
- Prior exposure to medi-tech is valued but not essential. Ideally you'll have worked for a tech scale up in the past.
- Experienced building security and compliance programs from the ground up.
- Scripting and automating recurring control, ideally using the Microsoft stack.
- Demonstrated experience being audit ready and used compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001 or NIST CSF.
- AI forward judgement; you're utilising AI tools and able to scale out your work effectively.
- You've owned MSPs for first line support, ensuring high quality outcomes.
