We are looking for a Security Concierge responsible for providing information and services to residents. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, organization abilities, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be tasked with various duties, from managing access for authorized vendors to conducting routine property patrols across buildings in Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, and Mississauga.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and address residents’ needs and questions
• Conduct property patrols and respond to emergencies
• Schedule vendor access for unit services
• Maintain safety protocols in all operations
• Ensure confidentiality of resident information
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security License required
• High school diploma preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in security or hospitality is an asset
