Position: Security Concierge with Customer Focus
Become a pivotal part of security services as a Security Concierge. This position seeks an outgoing, detail-oriented individual dedicated to assisting residents.
In this role, you’ll clarify residents’ needs, offer information, and ensure a secure environment. You must manage messages effectively, maintain guest privacy, and provide assistance in emergencies. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with services and information
• Update job knowledge through educational opportunities
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Conduct property surveillance for safety hazards
• Document daily occurrences and incidents diligently
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Ontario Security License
• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
• Coursework in Business or Security Foundations is advantageous
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for periods
• Effective communication skills both in-person and over the phone
