Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist in observing and monitoring all persons and property to maintain security and safety.
- Supervise the handling of all security incidents, ensuring they are handled in a professional and discreet manner
- Evaluate and analyze information from the Security and CCTV System.
- Monitor, control and respond to the Security Alarm System, Camera System and Security Department radio communications
- Assign and record tasks to Control Room Officers and Front Line Security Team Members
- Prepare Security Control Room Officers’ duty rosters
- Complete all related reports and documents efficiently and promptly
Requirements:
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- 4 years of related working experience
- Competent in the use of CCTV and Security System
- Proven interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Computer literate and high degree of familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Able to work on shift duties
- Able to maintain confidentiality of information coming into possession during work
