Lead security compliance for federal contracts as the Contract Security Coordinator with BBM. Your expertise in the Government of Canada’s Contract Security Program will be integral to guiding project teams.
This full-time hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience as a company security officer. You’ll provide vital guidance throughout the contract lifecycle while leading workshops with stakeholders to ensure compliance protocol implementation. Partnering with multiple departments will be essential to maintain security standards and develop the BBM CSP framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide security guidance throughout the entire contract lifecycle
• Lead workshops to gather information on security requirements
• Partner with departments to implement compliance protocols
• Share expertise on CSP security pillars for process development
• Prepare process documentation and presentations for management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with an MBA preferred
• 3+ years as a company security officer
• Federal government security clearances required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bilingual in French and English for Canadian stakeholders
