Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on and operation-focused Sr. Cyber Security Engineer with 10+ years of experience in strengthening preventative and detective security controls across our SaaS and identity ecosystem. This role will focus on improving security visibility, authentication hardening, logging, monitoring, and detection engineering across platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, and related cloud services.

You will work closely with internal technology teams and a third-party SOC to enhance detection capabilities, improve incident readiness, and ensure critical security telemetry is properly integrated into enterprise monitoring workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage security controls in Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and SharePoint

• Deploy and support Salesforce Shield and security event monitoring

• Improve logging and send security events to the SIEM platform

• Work with the SOC team to improve alerts, detections, and incident handling

• Harden authentication methods and support Conditional Access policies

• Implement secret scanning and help remediate exposed credentials

• Monitor suspicious login activity and account compromise alerts

• Support cloud security investigations and incident response activities

• Document security configurations, processes, and recommendations

• Work with technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve security gaps

Required Skills

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID security

• Knowledge of Salesforce security and logging

• Experience with SIEM tools and security monitoring

• Understanding of identity security and authentication controls

• Familiarity with cloud security best practices

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Good communication and documentation abilities

• Ability to work independently and deliver against agreed outcomes

Must have Security Certification: – CISSP or CCSP
