About the Role
This role is suited to a motivated Cyber Security Engineer with around 2 years of experience who is looking to accelerate their career in a dynamic consulting environment. You will work across multiple customer environments, supporting operational security initiatives, cloud security projects and continuous improvement activities while gaining exposure to modern tooling and emerging technologies.
Experience Required
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a cyber security
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 security technologies and administration
- Foundational experience across Azure and/or AWS cloud security
- Understanding of core cyber security principles, controls and best practices
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated interest in automation, scripting or using AI technologies to improve security operations and workflows
Role Accountabilities
- Support and enhance security controls across Microsoft 365 environments
- Assist with cloud security initiatives across Azure, AWS and GCP environments
- Monitor, investigate and respond to security alerts and operational incidents
- Contribute to vulnerability management, security hardening and risk reduction activities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of identity, endpoint, email and cloud security controls
