Day to day Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property
- Monitor entrances, exits, and CCTV systems
- Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises
- Control access to the property and verify visitors
- Ensure compliance with hotel security procedures
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances
- Report all unusual activities to Security Supervisor or Duty Manager
- Provide courteous assistance to guests while maintaining a professional and vigilant presence
Requirements:
- Basic education (minimum SSC or equivalent preferred)
- Prior experience in security, hotel, or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Good observation and alertness skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
- Physically fit and able to perform patrol duties
- Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Professional, disciplined, and well-groomed appearance
