Key Responsibilities
- Security Monitoring & Surveillance
- Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols of the premises
- Identify and report suspicious activities or security breaches
- Ensure all access points are secured at all times
- Access Control
- Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
- Verify identification and maintain visitor logs
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Incident Response & Reporting
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
- Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation
- Coordinate with management and authorities when necessary
- Asset Protection
- Safeguard company property, equipment, and facilities
- Monitor movement of materials and vehicles in and out of the premises
- Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in emergency drills and evacuation procedures
- Report hazards and unsafe conditions
- Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding security concerns
- Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors
- Assist in enforcing operational policies and procedures
Qualifications
- At least a High School graduate or College level
- With relevant experience in security or related field (preferred)
- Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods
- Knowledge of basic security procedures and safety protocols
