We are seeking a Security Guard to join our team at an Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 site in Richmond. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the property while providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Schedule: Mon – Fri 10:30 – 18:30
Payrate: $24.50/hour
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience
- Provide access control and issue passes as required
- Conduct regular patrols of the property and grounds, on foot
- Monitor and safeguard people, property, buildings, and equipment
- Actively monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to security threats
- Serve as a first responder in emergencies, providing immediate First Aid to employees
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate parties
- Report incidents to the Site Lead and submit detailed investigation reports
Your Must-Haves:
- Valid BC Security License
- Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 certification
- Experience with CCTV and access control systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
