Position: Security Guard for Resort Environment
Location: Innisfail
Become a key Safety Guardian by joining the Resort team as a Security Guard. Engage guests with outstanding service while ensuring safety through effective communication and monitoring practices.
This role involves conducting foot patrols, managing incident reports, and providing first aid assistance as part of a dynamic team environment. Candidates should be available for shifts on weekends and some Mondays, working from May through September.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular patrols to ensure safety
• Monitor and respond to CCTV footage
• Administer first aid and manage lost property
• Create detailed reports for incidents
• Foster a positive, welcoming environment
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must possess a valid Security and Class 5 License
• First Aid/CPR Level C certification necessary
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Flexible schedule during the duty period
