· Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, Military Studies, or a related field.
· Preferred: Additional certifications in Security Management (e.g., CPP — Certified Protection Professional, or equivalent).

· Background in law enforcement, armed forces, or intelligence services is a significant advantage.

· Excellent communication skills — written and verbal —
· Proficiency in using CCTV, access control, and security monitoring systems.
· Working knowledge of emergency response planning and execution.
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, especially in high-profile situations.
· Professional, calm, and authoritative demeanor.
· Physically fit and capable of conducting patrols and responding to incidents.
Other Requirements
· Clean police/criminal background check is mandatory.
· Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as campus needs dictate.
