Job Summary:
This position is part of the North Asia Security team and is responsible for leading and strengthening security operations in Korea.
The role includes managing AEO/TAPA certifications, conducting security audits, and handling incident investigations, while ensuring compliance with global security standards and supporting Business Continuity (BCP).
This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in logistics security within a global environment, working with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
Key Resposibilities:
Security Audit & Certification
- Conduct internal security audits across warehouses and offices in Korea
- Prepare for and support external audits (customers and regulatory bodies)
- Manage and maintain AEO / TAPA certifications
- Perform security audits for vendors and partners
Security Operations
- Manage security for high-value and high-risk cargo
- Oversee physical security operations for warehouses and offices
- Identify risks and establish preventive measures
- Support implementation of physical security solutions
Incident & Risk Management
- Conduct investigations for incidents (loss, theft, fraud, etc.)
- Handle security-related claims and issues
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain security documentation (SOP, WI, BCP, etc.)
- Prepare audit materials and manage related data
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and global standards
Training & Business Continuity
- Deliver AEO and BCP training programs
- Conduct internal security training and awareness activities
- Support emergency response and incident handling
Business Support
- Provide security input for tenders and contract reviews
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Regional teams
- Offer security guidance to business units
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3–5 years of experience in security operations within a logistics environment
- Experience in logistics / freight forwarding / contract logistics preferred
- Mandatory experience with AEO or TAPA certification
- Experience in security audit or compliance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
Preferred:
- Experience managing multiple sites or regional operations
- Knowledge of C-TPAT
- Proficiency in Chinese

사고 및 리스크 관리
- 화물 분실, 도난, 사기 등 Incident Investigation 수행
- 보안 관련 이슈 및 클레임 대응
- 재발 방지를 위한 CAPA 수립 및 실행
컴플라이언스 및 문서 관리
- 보안 문서(SOP, WI, BCP 등) 관리
- Audit 대응 자료 준비 및 데이터 관리
- 글로벌 보안 정책 및 기준 준수 관리
교육 및 BCP
- AEO 및 BCP 교육 프로그램 운영
- 내부 보안 교육 및 Awareness 활동
- 위기 상황 대응 및 Emergency Response 지원
비즈니스 지원
- 입찰(Tender) 및 계약 검토 시 보안 관점 지원
- Product / Operation / Regional 팀 협업
- 각 사업부 대상 보안 가이드 제공
Requirements:
- 학사 학위 이상
- 물류 환경 내 보안 운영 경력 3~5년
- 물류 / 포워딩 / 계약물류 경험자 우대
- AEO 또는 TAPA 인증 경험 필수
- 보안 Audit 또는 Compliance 업무 경험
- 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 Stakeholder Management 역량
- 멀티태스킹 및 문제 해결 능력
Preferred:
- 다수 Site 또는 Regional 운영 경험
- C-TPAT 관련 지식
- 중국어 가능자
