- Develop and deliver an Enterprise Risk Register Framework, including standardized templates and taxonomy for risk documentation.
- Create a Risk Scoring and Prioritization Model with documented likelihood/impact scales and a scoring methodology.
- Establish a Risk Governance Model, defining workflows for risk intake, review, acceptance, monitoring, and specifying roles and responsibilities.
- Populate the initial Risk Register, documenting current cybersecurity and technology risks.
- Prepare a final documentation package with consolidated guidance and operating procedures for ongoing risk management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and enable effective risk management practices.
- Transfer knowledge and provide comprehensive documentation to support handover and future risk management activities.
