Our client is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Security Manager to lead security operations at their El Paso, TX, manufacturing facility and partner closely with their Mexico operation. Preferred experience in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, logistics, or distribution environments.
What You'll Do
As the Security Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all aspects of site security while ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, company assets, and proprietary information.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead all physical security operations for the El Paso facility
- Conduct security risk assessments and compliance audits
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Manage third-party contract security providers
- Oversee CCTV, access control, investigations, and incident response
- Partner with customers to maintain strict security standards and zero-loss objectives
- Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency responders
- Prepare security reports, documentation, budgets, and compliance records
- Deliver employee security awareness and training programs
- Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with security leadership supporting the Mexico facility
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Organizational Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of Corporate Security Management experience
- Law enforcement or military leadership experience is a plus
- Experience managing contract security personnel
- Strong knowledge of:
- Physical Security
- CCTV Systems
- Access Control
- Security Investigations
- Risk Assessments
- Emergency Response
- Compliance Audits
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude with a collaborative leadership style
Preferred Experience
- Multi-site security operations
