Role Summary
Job Description – PAN‑India Security Lead
Responsible for end‑to‑end security governance of manufacturing facility and offices across India, ensuring protection of people, assets and operations with full compliance to statutory and SEZ regulations. The role requires strong Ex‑Service leadership, multi‑site management experience and hands‑on operational capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead security operations for large manufacturing plants and multiple PAN‑India sites
- Define and standardize security policies, SOPs and governance frameworks
- Secure production areas, warehouses, utilities, high‑value assets and IT/OT zones
- Manage perimeter security, access control, CCTV and surveillance systems
- Ensure SEZ compliance, statutory adherence and audit preparedness
- Liaise with police, SEZ authorities, fire services and government bodies
- Conduct risk assessments, threat analysis and incident investigations
- Oversee outsourced security manpower including deployment, training and discipline
- Manage security vendors, SLAs, billing verification and audits
- Drive emergency preparedness, fire drills and crisis response exercises
- Prepare MIS reports, incident dashboards and compliance updates for leadership
Candidate Profile
- Mandatory: Ex‑Service (Army / Navy / Air Force / CRPF)
- Experience: 15–18+ years with strong manufacturing / industrial / Office exposure
- Proven leadership across large campuses and multiple locations
- Strong knowledge of SEZ regulations and industrial security standards
- Excellent stakeholder management and crisis‑handling skills
Working Model
- 6 working days per week.
- PAN‑India travel as required.
