Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Security Officer role located in Limerick. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling premises to prevent unauthorized access or activities, performing security checks, and responding effectively to incidents. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety protocols, compiling incident reports, and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors while maintaining a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in access control, surveillance operations, and situation monitoring
- Ability to perform security checks and enforce safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction and reporting
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stay alert during shifts
- PSA-licensed with a professional understanding of security industry standards
- Experience in handling emergency situations with composure and sound judgment
- Previous experience in a security-related role is a plus
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
