Position: Security Officer
Facility: Lakeland Free Standing Emergency Room
The Security Officer performs general safety & security duties including:
- Patrol and detection services
- Assisting customers
- Response and intervention responsibilities
- Provide monitoring services to assure team member, patient and visitor safety
- Completes communication and documentation tools
- Conducts weapons screening in appropriate manner
- Completes other duties as assigned
- Required specific skills also includes life safety and weapons screening techniques.

Minimum Qualifications
Certifications and Licensures
- Driver's License (State of Florida)
- IAHSS (Security) – Within 1 year
- Security D – Within 90 days
Education
- High School or Equivalent
- Preferred : Associate's in Related Field
Experience
- 1 year Customer Service
- Preferred : 2 years Security
Location: Lakeland, FL
Status: Full Time
Shift Hours: Varies – 8 Hour shift
Weekend Work: Every
