Position: Cushman & Wakefield Security Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol premises to prevent and detect intrusion signs
• Monitor and authorize entry and exit of individuals
• Write detailed reports of incidents and daily activities
• Respond to and investigate alarms and disturbances
• Ensure compliance with security rules and regulations
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of security experience needed
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be CPR certified
• Familiarity with security protocols and laws
• Valid driver’s license and strong ethical standards
