This role, under the supervision of the Manager, Security, carries the vital responsibility of safeguarding all individuals and assets at the facility. With a firm commitment to policy adherence and excellent communication, you will play a crucial part in creating a safe atmosphere. Regular patrols and effective crowd control are essential, along with monitoring for suspicious activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and document unsafe conditions and potential hazards
• Enforce restricted access for unauthorized persons
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility
• Escort cash and guests as required
• Communicate effectively with operational departments
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Smart Serve certification required
• Able to obtain a Gaming License
• Willingness to recertify for Use of Force
Support safety at Great Canadian and foster a secure environment for all guests and team members.
