Position Type: Full Time, Dayshift
Pay Rate: $19.23 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $4.30. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Requirements
- 20+ Years of Age
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to use computers – basic computer knowledge
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and restricted areas, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with post instructions.
- Assist with directions, information, and general support while maintaining awareness of surroundings and documenting incidents, observations, and/or daily activities as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
