Position Type: Full Time, Swing Shift
Pay Rate: $19.23 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $4.30. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Requirements
- 20+ Years of Age
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to use computers – basic computer knowledge
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, public agency personnel, and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, restricted access points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, check credentials and/or access authorizations where required, and report suspicious behavior, unattended property, or policy violations according to site procedures.
- Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, documenting incidents and observations, and assisting with directions, questions, and other customer service needs in a professional manner.
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
