Responsibilities
- Physical Security Enforcement: Conduct regular patrols, monitor entry/exit points, and ensure compliance with security protocols.

- Incident Handling: Respond to unauthorized access, theft, or safety violations; document and escalate incidents as per protocol.
- Security Audits: Participate in periodic audits of security infrastructure and practices; recommend improvements.
- Emergency Support: Assist in evacuation drills, fire response, and coordination during plant emergencies.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with plant operations, HR, and external security agencies to ensure cohesive security coverage.
Qualifications
- Education: Any Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- Experience: 1–4 years in plant security operations, preferably in mining, metals, or hazardous industries.
- Certifications: Industrial Security, Fire Safety, and First Aid certifications are desirable.
- Skills: Genetic Proficient, He should be efficient in handling synergies. Strong observational skills, physical fitness, conflict resolution, and basic report writing.
