We are seeking a professional Security Officer to join our team at a residential property in Dubai. This position is for sister concern of Palazzo Versace Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property and report any suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Assist residents and guests with general information and directions.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and incidents.
- Write detailed reports on daily activities and incidents for management review.
- Coordinate with emergency services when required.
- Ensure all security and safety procedures are followed in accordance with property standards.
- Maintain professional appearance and act as a brand ambassador of the residence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Officer in a hotel or residential environment.
- Valid SIRA License (Dubai Security Industry Regulatory Agency) is mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
