Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Security Officer based in Macao SAR. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring and securing the facility, ensuring site safety by enforcing security protocols, and responding swiftly to emergencies or suspicious activities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, controlling access points, and maintaining incident reports. The role requires a high level of vigilance, clear communication, and the ability to work closely with team members to ensure a safe and secure environment for all occupants.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in surveillance monitoring, access control, and site patrol operations.
- Strong understanding of emergency response procedures and crisis management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in report writing and incident documentation.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Knowledge of security equipment and systems, such as monitoring software and alarm systems.
- Prior experience in security services, property management, or facility safety is preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English is highly advantageous.
