📍 Location: Sala Residential Area, HCM City
We are looking for a SOC (Level 1) to join our operations team. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 6 months of experience in a SOC environment, particularly those with a solid foundation in security event monitoring and security incident investigation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors the customers' infrastructure, security sensors and SIEM systems
- Triages security alerts and responds on to incidents
- Perform and handle selected Level 2 alerts when required
- Participate in 24/7 shift rotation and process documentation
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in SOC role
- Available to work rotating shifts 24/7
- Bachelor’s degree in Information security/Cybersecurity
- Basic/Fair English communication
