Scope Of Work
- Monitor and handle security alerts/incidents through SIEM and monitoring tools
- .Analyze, investigate, report, and coordinate security incident handling
- .Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team/analyst
- .Ensure service meets SLAs and quality standards
- .Support daily SOC operations, incident tracking, and reporting
- .Create SOC reports, dashboards, and metrics
- .Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SOC

Requiremen
- t Minimum Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering/Computer Science/Information Systems or a related IT fiel
- d.Minimum 4-7 years of experience as a Security Operation Center (SOC) L1. A L2 is an added advantag
