Position: Security Operations Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Verify Cyber Security capabilities and functional operations
• Manage ticket intake and provide initial troubleshooting
• Collaborate with security teams on operational needs
• Continuously improve security platform processes
• Maintain documentation for incident management and CSIRT
Requirements:
• University degree or diploma in relevant discipline
• 3+ years in the security IT industry
• Knowledge of cloud tools like Netskope and Hashi Corp
• Preferred IT security certifications (CISM, CISSP)
• Familiarity with security frameworks like MITRE
