Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of experience as an L3/Senior SOC Analyst in a Global SOC environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel (preferred) or QRadar/ArcSight.
- Strong expertise in Incident Response, Threat Hunting, IOC/APT analysis, and SIEM monitoring.
- Experience creating and maintaining Runbooks, Playbooks, and SOPs.
- Ability to investigate critical security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend remediation.
- Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, attack TTPs, and security incident lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Microsoft Defender XDR/Defender for Endpoint.
- KQL, PowerShell, or Python scripting.
- SOAR, Azure Security, or Cloud Security experience.
- Security certifications (SC-200, CISSP, GCIH, CEH, Security+).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead investigations of high/critical security incidents.
- Perform proactive threat hunting and advanced log analysis.
- Monitor, tune, and optimize SIEM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts.
- Develop incident reports, security documentation, and process improvements.
