- e.Set, maintain and continuously improve operational standards in line with SIA ACS, ISO 9001, NSI Gold, and relevant British Standard
- s.Lead, mentor and develop operational management teams, including duty managers, supervisors and service partner
- s.Review, enhance and embed company systems, processes, policies and procedure
- s.Manage third-party service providers, ensuring contractual performance, quality assurance and continuous improvemen
- t.Oversee operational planning, workforce resourcing and service delivery across mobile, guarding and control room function
- s.Promote a culture of professionalism, continuous improvement and proactive risk managemen
