We are seeking a Security Operations Manager to join our team for a prestigious Luxury Maldives Resort & Villa Development Project. We are looking for a talented, motivated, and experienced security professional with a strong track record in managing security operations for luxury hospitality, resort, residential, or large-scale development projects.
Position: Security Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall security operations across construction sites, villas, resort facilities, and project are areas.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and risk mitigation plans.
- Oversee access control, CCTV monitoring, incident management, and emergency response.
- Lead security teams and coordinate with Project Management, HSE, Logistics, and Facility Management teams.
- Ensure protection of company assets, materials, equipment, and personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Military Studies, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of security management experience.
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, resort, villa development, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, CCTV, access control, and crisis management.
- Previous experience in international projects is preferred.
