We are looking for a hands-on Security Operations Specialist to join our team and take a key role in protecting and strengthening our organization’s cybersecurity posture.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, operating, and maintaining advanced security solutions, monitoring security events, managing vulnerabilities, and leading end-to-end security processes across the organization.
What you’ll do:
- Operate and manage security systems (EDR/XDR, SIEM, DLP, Firewalls, Cloud Security)
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents (SOC-level)
- Perform vulnerability assessments, analyze findings, and drive remediation processes
- Support and coordinate penetration testing activities (internal & external)
- Work closely with vendors and manage third-party security risks
- Implement new security solutions – from design to ongoing maintenance
- Integrate security best practices into development processes
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (ISO 27001, SOX)
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years of experience in Information Security / Cybersecurity roles
- Hands-on experience with Firewalls (e.g., Check Point, FortiGate)
- Experience with EDR/XDR systems (Trend Micro – an advantage)
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing security events (SIEM, Vision One)
- Experience with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Tenable Nessus – an advantage)
- Experience with email security systems
- Strong knowledge of Windows / Linux environments and networking
- Experience working with vendors and managing remediation processes
Nice to have:
- Experience with Penetration Testing (PT)
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOX, or similar regulations
- Experience with Cloud Security (Azure – advantage)
