Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security / Patrol Supervisor based in Accra. The Security / Patrol Supervisor will oversee daily security operations, coordinate patrol schedules, and ensure adherence to established safety protocols. The role involves supervising and training security personnel, conducting regular inspections, resolving incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. The supervisor will also collaborate with management to implement security strategies and maintain an organized and secure environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills for effectively managing and leading security team members
- Proficient in Physical Security and Operations Management to oversee site patrols and enforce safety practices
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for clear interactions with staff, clients, and stakeholders
- Ability to assess risks and respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively
- Experience in documenting incidents and preparing comprehensive security reports
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the security or operations sector
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security management or certifications are a bonus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physical fitness and the ability to undertake frequent patrols and respond swiftly to incidents
