Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the security control rooms (all properties).
- Manage and train security personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols and procedures
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services
- Analyze surveillance data to identify potential security threats
- Develop and update Control Room policies and procedures; Standardize the procedures of all control rooms
- Act as a liaison between different departments and external agencies
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to enhance security measures
- Manage the budget for the security control room operations
- Implement new systems and technologies to improve security operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- 10 years of related experience is required
- Experience with incident management and emergency response
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of security systems and technologies
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Control Room Manager
