Security Site Coordinator – Nysa, Poland
We are seeking a Security Site Coordinator to support the successful delivery of advanced security systems installations across active construction projects in Nysa, Poland.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the installation, integration, and commissioning of Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection Systems, ensuring high-quality execution, compliance with regulations, and seamless collaboration between contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
You will play a key role in ensuring that security systems are delivered on time, fully integrated with third-party systems, and aligned with client and project requirements.
You will report directly to the Project Management Lead, working closely with the Senior Project Manager on-site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate installation, integration, and maintenance of security systems
- Manage resources (subcontractors), including technicians and engineering staff
- to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards in all aspects of building management system operations (including HSE and Quality regulations)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address customer needs and provide technical support.
- Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in the security alarm system scope
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in coordinating electrical works on construction sites
- Solid knowledge of any of the following security systems, access control, CCTV, intrusion detection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and effectively prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with scheduling processes, milestone delivery, and relevant IT tools (including MS Project)
- Intermediate English proficiency, suitable for working in an international environment
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage installations on multiple buildings and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent in English and Polish to work efficiently in an international environment
- Understanding of scheduling process, delivering milestones, and IT tools (incl. MS Project and AutoCAD)
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of the security system
- Knowledge of Fire alarm systems
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for building management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
