SECURITY SITE MANAGER – ESTATES
24/7 Security Services has a vacancy for a Site Manager with extensive experience within the security environment. This person will be based in the Northern Suburbs of Joburg.
The following criteria will be our basis for selection:
– Grade A PSIRA registered
– Must have completed matric and have a Tertiary Qualification
– Should have at least 3 years’ experience at this management level within the security industry
– Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written communication)
– Must have excellent report-writing skills
– Must have strong client liaison skills
– Must have good leadership skills (workplace and operational discipline)
– Must have strong interpersonal skills
– Must be able to work under pressure
– Must have basic IR knowledge
– Must be able to work flexible hours
– Able to implement company procedures and best practices.
– Previous experience working at a Retirement/Residential Estate will be an advantage.
– Must have reliable own transport and a valid driver’s license.
