Position Summary
- Record all relevant incidents in the Security Logbook for sharing information among security personnel and management.
- Take notes and report all guest and internal complaints and inquiries, ensuring fair resolutions.
- Conduct patrols in hallway areas, guest areas, and public spaces to ensure fire safety and functionality of fire safety equipment.
- Ensure compliance with hotel rules and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures for issuing visitor cards to all guests for work-related purposes, suppliers, and contractors.
- Execute assigned tasks during emergency situations, fire incidents, and hotel evacuations.
- Ensure all emergency exits are clear and unobstructed.
- Monitor and discreetly inspect suspicious individuals, denying entry to the hotel if no reasonable explanation is provided, and seeking immediate assistance if needed.
QUALIFICATION
- Priority for candidates who graduated from high school degree aboves.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position within 4-5 star hotels.
- Language: Proficient in English communication.
