Role Description The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at ODM International School in Gurugram. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations across the school campus, including monitoring entry and exit points, supervising security staff, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The Security Supervisor will coordinate patrols, manage incident reporting, and respond promptly to security concerns involving learners, staff, visitors, and property. The role involves regular liaison with school administration, maintaining security logs and documentation, conducting safety briefings and basic trainings for security personnel, and supporting emergency preparedness drills. The Security Supervisor is expected to maintain a visible presence on campus, promote a culture of safety, and provide courteous assistance to learners, families, and visitors.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead security teams, allocate duties, and monitor performance.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Physical Security, including access control, campus patrols, and incident response.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with learners, families, staff, and visitors.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities to manage schedules, maintain records, and support compliance with school policies and safety procedures.
- Relevant experience in school, institutional, or facility security, preferably in an educational setting, is beneficial.
- Knowledge of basic safety and emergency protocols; prior training in security, safety, or law enforcement is an advantage.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions, and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional security certifications are a plus.
