Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based at The Mall Blackburn for a Security Supervisor. The Security Supervisor will oversee daily security operations, manage and mentor security staff, and ensure general compliance with safety protocols. Responsibilities will include control room supervison, monitoring physical security measures, addressing on-site incidents, ensuring customer and tenant safety, and maintaining a secure shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills for managing and guiding a team effectively
- Expertise in Physical Security practices to ensure a safe environment
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with a range of individuals
- Operations Management skills to plan, organize, and oversee security procedures
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to act decisively in emergencies
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus
- Relevant certifications in security management are advantageous in
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- CCTV Licence
- Minimum 4 years working in security
