Job Description / Responsibility
1. Purpose Of The Position
Supervise shift-wise security teams to enforce access control, patrolling, and incident first-response for uninterrupted factory operations.
2. Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Lead a team of guards during assigned shift with clear post allocation.
- Verify identity, vehicle documents, and material gate passes personally.
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, or unauthorized entries immediately.
- Conduct roll call and equipment check (walkie-talkie, torch, baton) before shift.
- Ensure guard discipline, uniform, and attendance compliance.
- Escort cash, high-value goods, or VIP visitors as required.
- Report security lapses, missing keys, or unlogged entries in writing.
- Operate and reset basic access control and CCTV console.
- Coordinate shift handover with incoming supervisor in detail.
- Assist Security In-charge during internal investigations.
Educational Requirements
- HSC
- Bachelor/Honors
- HSC or Bachelor’s degree. Ex-Bangladesh Ansar or police preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG),IT Enabled Service,Shipping,Food (Packaged)/Beverage,Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Group of Companies,Packaging Industry,Cement Industry,Cement,Steel
Additional Requirements
- 5+ years in industrial security, 2+ years as Supervisor.
- Certification: Basic security training from recognized institute.
