The ideal candidate will help build, maintain, and troubleshoot, the company's rapidly expanding infrastructure. They will work alongside other engineers to ensure highest levels of performance and ability, and manage any problems that arise.
As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and contribute to the planning, implementation, and commissioning of Structured Cabling Systems, Physical Security Systems (Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder Alarm Systems).
- Prepare clear, user-friendly technical documentation and deliver engaging training sessions to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Oversee subcontractor installation work, ensuring flawless quality and full compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Organize and perform rigorous quality control on all physical installation activities, whether in-house or via subcontractors.
- Provide expert technical guidance to optimize solutions during system implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any functional issues that arise during system operation.
- Train client personnel to maximize the performance and efficiency of the installed systems.
- Collaborate with our innovation team to develop and refine new products and solutions.
- Produce accurate, detailed as-built documentation for all completed installations.
- Actively participate in company-organized training programs to stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
To do this as a professional, you must meet the following requirements:
· To have at least 3 years of experience in the construction of security systems (access control, video surveillance and / оr fire alarm, public address system, others);
· To have technical knowledge in the field of high and low voltage systems;
· Experience with Milestone or other Video Management Software (VMS) is an advantage;
· To work with AutoCad systems;
· To have a technical education
· To have good command of English (both written and verbal).
· Have a valid driver's license – cat. B;
· Being organized and having the opportunity to travel around the country and abroad;
· To have motivation for development, working with new technologies and a desire for training.
