Main Objectives
To deliver high-quality technical and compliance training that ensures employees acquire the knowledge and practical skills required to perform their duties safely and effectively. The role supports operational performance by maintaining training standards, enhancing instructional effectiveness, and ensuring training delivery aligns with aviation regulations and departmental operational requirements.
Main Duties
- Coordinate and deliver technical and compliance training programs to ensure employees meet operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Schedule and monitor recurrent and refresher training to ensure employees remain compliant with current regulations, procedures, and operational standards.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of technical training materials and instructional methods to enhance training effectiveness and operational relevance.
- Ensure training content is aligned with departmental operational requirements and aviation standards to support safe and effective job performance.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation to support compliance tracking, audit requirements, and certification verification.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide performance feedback to instructors to maintain instructional quality and consistency.
- Coordinate with operational departments to identify training needs and ensure timely delivery of required technical training.
- Promote adherence to safety, security, and operational procedures during training delivery to reinforce a safety-first culture.
- Comply with Company's and airport authorities’ health, safety & security requirements.
- Carries out other similar or related duties as directed by the management.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant technical experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical training, aviation training, or operational training environments, including demonstrated experience in delivering practical and classroom-based training.
Other Essential Requirements:
- Train the Trainer certification.
- Strong knowledge of airline, engineering, or airport technical operations.
- Proven ability to deliver technical training effectively in both classroom and practical environments.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience in preparing training materials and instructional aids.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to support and mentor instructors.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
