The Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) is an independent statutory body set up to combat and reduce the incidence of major crime and corruption in the public sector in Queensland. We investigate crime and corruption, have oversight of the public sector including police. The CCC also has responsibility for restraining and recovering suspected proceeds of crime and administers Queensland's witness protection program. Its functions and powers are set out in the Crime and Corruption Act 2001.

About You
For this role, we will consider how well you demonstrate your ability to:
- Individually plan, lead and manage high quality investigations and experience in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This includes the use of contemporary investigative techniques, technologies, and available resources, which can be applied to corruption investigations.
- Think critically, make justifiable decisions and act upon them through all stages of an investigation. This includes your ability to objectively question, analyse, interpret, and evaluate what you read, hear and collect as evidence.
- Use your written and oral communications skills to synthesise evidence and information to deliver clear, concise and accurate insights, conclusions and recommendations that are justifiable and evidence based.
- Rapidly acquire and effectively apply knowledge of legislation, policies, procedures and investigative practices.
