🎯 Job Purpose
The Senior IT Specialist is fully responsible for building, managing, and upgrading the company's comprehensive technical infrastructure. This role ensures the continuity, efficiency, and security of all networks, servers, and daily IT operations. Additionally, you will drive the migration, advanced maintenance, and optimization of our Odoo ERP system while implementing robust corporate cybersecurity policies.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Engineering & Maintenance: Design, set up, and maintain internal networks, physical/cloud servers, company computers, peripherals, and communication systems.
Odoo ERP Management & Migration: Coordinate across all departments to ensure maximum operational efficiency of Odoo ERP; lead and manage the full system transition and deployment.
Vendor & Service Provider Management: Act as the primary professional liaison with Internet Service Providers (ISPs), software vendors, and hardware suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor network performance and provide rapid, effective resolution for system, hardware, or connectivity faults to guarantee business continuity.
Cybersecurity & Access Control: Enforce strict information security policies, manage user permissions, oversee corporate emails, and safeguard all internal databases.
Backup & Data Protection: Implement, monitor, and maintain rigorous routine backup strategies to prevent any data loss.
Reporting & Optimization: Prepare periodic reports outlining system performance, technical incidents, and proposed infrastructure upgrades to align with digital development goals.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven practical experience in a similar senior IT or technical support role.
Technical Skills:
Advanced practical knowledge and hands-on administration within the Odoo ERP environment.
Strong expertise in network administration, server configuration, and operating systems.
Deep understanding of information security, cybersecurity standards, and backup architectures.
Core Competencies:
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving (troubleshooting) skills.
Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage shifting technical priorities effectively.
