Job specific responsibilities:
1. Ensure stable and reliable Operation for internal cloud
2. Day-to-day performance monitoring.
3. Troubleshooting and fault analysis and repair.
4. Trouble ticket generation, response and escalations.
5. Standard changes implementation via our change control systems and processes.
6. Administration for Management applications for health monitor and archive configuration.
7. Ticket and standard changes response for customer with valid support contract
8. Technical administration and installation for network devices which includes but not limited to the below
§ Network devices security (routers, switches)
§ Next Generation Firewalls / IPS (Cisco, Palo alto, FortiGate)
§ VPN (Site 2 Site, Remote Access)
§ Network Admission control
§ WAF (F5, Citrix)
§ SIEM (IBM, Splunk and LogRhythm)
9. Technical administration and installation for Network lines with ISPs (leased lines, 3G, VSAT, Fiber, Microwave.).
10. Technical administration and installation for network devices which includes but not limited to the below
§ Cisco Routers and switches
§ Data center switches (Nexus 1k, 2k, 5k, 7k and 9k, Fabric interconnect, Chassis Switches.)
§ Application delivery controllers (F5, Citrix.)
§ Wireless controllers, wireless access points
11-Technical administration and installation for network monitor and management application which includes but not limited to (cisco prime, Whatsup.).
Specialization:
- Bachelor's degree in communication / computer engineering
- Experience in Cloud provider or Cisco Partner or banking are a plus.
- CCNP R&S / CCNP Security are a must.
- F5 ASM – FortiGate NSE4 – Palo alto 101 are a plus
- CCIE Security – CEH – CISSP are a plus.
- ITIL Foundational is a plus.
- Minimum3 years of experience in a similar field.
