We are seeking a Senior Offensive Security Operator (Red Team) to act as an ethical adversary and relentlessly test the organization's defensive capabilities.
Role Overview: An elite operator role focused on simulating nation-state level attack tactics to expose hidden vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-scope Red Team operations, including initial access, lateral movement, and data exfiltration simulations.
- Research and develop custom exploits and payloads to test the effectiveness of modern EDR and AV solutions.
- Conduct advanced penetration testing on web applications, internal networks, and mobile platforms.
- Provide detailed technical debriefs to help defensive teams refine their detection and response rules.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Software Engineering.
- Experience: 4+ years in Offensive Security, including 2+ years in multi-vector Red Team operations.
- Certifications: OSCP, OSEP, or CRT.
- Basic Competencies: Deep understanding of Windows/Linux internals; proficiency in exploit development (C/C++, Python); mastery of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
