Dysin Group is looking for Senior Officer- Security & Fire Safety
Job Description / Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze security risks and make recommendations for improvements.
- Supervise security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct security audits and risk assessments.
- Manage access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel can access the premises.
- Conduct regular fire drills and ensure employees are aware of evacuation routes and procedures.
- Inspect and maintain fire safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, alarms, and sprinkler systems.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of security cameras and surveillance systems.
- Monitor surveillance footage and investigate any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills.
- Provide guidance to employees on emergency response actions.
- Respond to security incidents, accidents, or other emergencies as needed.
- Document and report security incidents and provide recommendations for prevention.
- Conduct security and fire safety training for employees.
- Promote a culture of security awareness and compliance among staff.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Chemical Industries
Additional Requirements
- Experience in Security Management, Fire Safety or Related fields.
- Knowledge of Security and Fire safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and Leadership skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Retired Non-Commissioned Army/ Navy will be given preference.
