🚨 Hiring: SOC Analyst – Tier 2 (Investigator) | Hyderabad
We are looking for an experienced SOC Analyst – Tier 2 to join our cybersecurity operations team. This role requires strong analytical skills, incident handling expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
📍 Location: Hyderabad
🕒 Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
⏱ Joining: Immediate to 10 days
🗣 Requirement: Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for incidents from Tier 1 SOC Analysts
- Lead investigations and response for high and critical security incidents
- Analyze alerts, threat intelligence, and security telemetry to assess risk and impact
- Perform deep-dive investigations by correlating data from multiple sources
- Coordinate with security and managed services teams for escalations and incident resolution
- Recommend improvements in detection rules, workflows, and SOC processes
- Support development and enhancement of detection use cases, playbooks, and procedures
✅ Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong experience in SOC operations and incident response (L2 level)
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools like Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or IBM QRadar
- Good understanding of threat analysis, incident handling, and security frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
