At Securitas Seguridad España, we are looking for a Site Security Manager (SSM) to join our team in Madrid, supporting a leading global datacenter client. This is a key role where you will oversee day‑to‑day security operations at a critical infrastructure site, leading on‑site teams in a 24/7 environment and ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational performance.
🚀 Your main responsibilities
- Lead and supervise on‑site security personnel
- Manage day‑to‑day operations within a critical infrastructure environment
- Ensure full staffing coverage in a 24/7 operation
- Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive improvements
- Ensure compliance with security procedures, standards, and policies
- Oversee security systems (CCTV, access control, incident management tools)
- Collaborate with client representatives and internal stakeholders
- Support audits, inspections, and operational excellence
👤 What we’re looking for
- High school diploma, secondary education equivalent, or GED
- 6+ years of experience in the security industry and managing teams in operational environments
- Strong understanding of security operations and procedures
- Experience in datacenters or critical infrastructure (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with security technologies (CCTV, access control, etc.)
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Valid Director de Seguridad license (mandatory)
- On-site role in Madrid.
