About the Role We are looking for detail-oriented SOC Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our defense, monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats to protect our data integrity and infrastructure.
We are seeking candidates who possess a strong foundation in cybersecurity and a proactive mindset toward adopting future technologies like AI and Machine Learning to enhance Security Operations.
Key Responsibility :
- Monitor security events in real-time using SIEM/SOAR platforms and other monitoring tools.
- Execute incident response and handling procedures to mitigate security breaches and minimize impact.
- Analyze network security, operating systems, threat detection, and log analysis to identify potential risks.
- Utilize network analysis tools such as Wireshark, Nessus, Nmap, and Nikto Web Scanner for vulnerability assessment.
- Leverage or demonstrate a readiness to learn advanced analytics, including AI and Machine Learning, as supportive tools for SOC duties and responsibilities
Requirements :
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in the cybersecurity field.
- Certification : Possess internationally recognized technical certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CFND, or equivalent.
Technical Skills:
- Fundamental understanding of cyber and information security.
- Proficiency in incident handling and response.
- Strong knowledge of OS security, threat detection, and log analysis.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to master new technologies (AI/ML).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
